Concept design of urban public spaces located "between" Schools and Public Buildings in Sale Marasino, Iseo Lake, Italy
It 's a 6 Day Workshop in Sale Marasino, Iseo Lake, Italy, open to students, young graduates & postgraduates in Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Design, Urban Geography.
Workshop fees: no fees.
Objectives
The spaces between public buildings are fundamental for a correct urban design.
The goal of this workshop is to make a "concept", a special urban and architectural definition of this spaces in a little context, between the lake waterfront and a local railway station; We must create a new architectural and urban vision of this place! Sketches, maquettes, 3D virtual models are necessary for create better and dynamic new spaces.

General informations
The workshop will be held at "Chiesa dei Disciplini" building (ancient Church). This building is located in the centre of Sale Marasino. Sites of touristic interest like Parrocchiale Church,Disciplini Church, Palazzo Martinengo etc. are within walking distance.Vineyards and castles of "Franciacorta": 10 kilometres; "Monte Isola" island: 5 min.

Sale Marasino is a traditional lakeside village in the province of Brescia, in Lombardy. (3176 inhabitants) in close proximity to Iseo Lake, near Brescia, Northern Italy, 100 km from Milan.
